Account Health and Renewals
Spot account risk early and renew with confidence.
Account Health and Renewals tracks each customer account with its health checks, success plays, business reviews, subscription renewals and risks. New accounts are marked not scored, accounts that turn red open a risk and ask the CSM to start a recovery play, renewals move into their window 90 days ahead, and planned business reviews are marked overdue after their date.

Who it is for
For customer success managers who want account health and renewals in one editable workspace. It follows the shape of Gainsight and Vitally, but it is an independent package, not an integration with either product.
- Track account health, plays, business reviews and renewals
- Open risks when health turns red and flag renewal windows
- Prepare account reviews and renewal risk summaries with evidence
What it does not do
There is no product usage ingestion or automatic health scoring from telemetry. Health is a recorded judgement. The assistant cannot change health, contact customers or adjust renewals.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example accounts with your customers and set an owner for each.
- Record health checks and keep each account’s health current. Turning an account red opens a risk for the CSM.
- Record renewal dates and business reviews. Renewals move into their window 90 days before the renewal date.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which accounts need attention before renewal.
Common questions
Does the package calculate health from product usage?
No. Health is set by people from health checks and other evidence. Usage data stays in your analytics tools.
Can the assistant contact at-risk customers?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The account owner decides the outreach and makes any record changes.
