Content Production Line follows client content from brief to approved draft, with the writer and review round on each draft. Each new brief opens a not-started draft, every draft status change adds an entry to the status log, and unapproved drafts are marked overdue the morning after their due date.

What it does not do
The package does not send emails or messages, and it does not connect to other tools. It does not store or edit the content itself, and review rounds are counted by people. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, add your writers and set the team timezone used by the overdue automation.
- Create a brief for each piece. A draft is added for you; assign a writer and due date.
- Move drafts through writing, editing, client review and approved. Each change is logged.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant where a piece is and why it is late.
Common questions
Where does the content itself live?
In your usual editor. Link to the document in the draft notes; the package tracks the work, not the text.
Does the assistant edit drafts?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The editor decides what changes to ask for and makes any record changes.
