Who it is for
For PR agencies and in-house communications teams pitching stories to journalists for several clients or products.

What it does not do
The package does not send emails or messages, and it does not connect to other tools. It does not monitor media or find coverage; people record it. Store only the contact details your team is allowed to keep. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, add your outlets and journalist contacts, and set the team timezone used by the follow-up automation.
- Log each pitch with its angle, sent date and follow-up date.
- Update pitch status as replies come in. Covered pitches add a coverage entry for you to complete with the link.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which follow-ups are due and what has landed.
Common questions
Does it send pitches to journalists?
No. Send pitches from your own email, then record them here.
Will the assistant contact journalists?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The PR lead decides who to contact and makes any record changes.
