SaaS Subscription Tracker keeps each software subscription with its owner, cost, seats and renewal date, the renewal decisions made and seat audits. Thirty days before an active subscription renews it moves to renewal review and is marked notice due, renewal review opens a pending decision, and cancelling asks the owner to remove access and confirm with the vendor.

What it does not do
The package does not discover subscriptions from card or SSO data, and it does not cancel anything with vendors. Notice periods differ by contract, so check the 30-day lead time. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example subscriptions and set the team timezone used by the renewal automation.
- Add each subscription with its owner, annual cost, seats and renewal date.
- Run seat audits and record unused seats. Record the decision on each renewal that opens.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which renewals to cut or downsize.
Common questions
Can I change the 30-day lead time?
Yes. Edit the Start renewal review automation in TulipFarm before you enable it.
Does the assistant cancel subscriptions?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The subscription owner decides each renewal and makes any record changes.
