Use only brand assets you have the rights to use.
Brand Asset Library records each logo, photo, video, font or template with its rights source, licences and every place it is used. Thirty days before an active asset’s rights expire it is marked Rights expiring soon, and an asset marked Expired asks its owner to remove it from live placements.

Brand Asset Library assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

Who it is for
For brand managers and marketing operations teams who license photos, video or music and must know where each asset is used.
- Find the approved version of every brand asset

What it does not do
The package stores links to files, not the files themselves, and does not remove assets from websites or channels. It is an independent package, not an integration with any asset manager. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example assets and set the team timezone used by the expiry automation.
- Add each asset with its rights source and expiry date, and record its licences.
- Log each placement where an asset is live, and set it to Removed when it comes down.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which assets need renewal or removal.
Common questions
Can I store the asset files here?
No. Keep files in your storage or asset manager and paste the link into File link.
Does the assistant decide whether to renew a licence?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The brand manager decides renewals and removals and makes any record changes.
