Contract Renewals and Obligations
Never miss a contract notice deadline or an obligation again.
Contract Renewals and Obligations keeps each signed contract with its notice deadline, the obligations it creates and every renewal decision. Thirty days before an active contract’s notice deadline it is marked Notice deadline approaching and moved to Notice window; a contract entering Notice window gets a pending renewal decision and asks the owner to decide; and open obligations are marked overdue the morning after their due date.

What it does not do
The package does not store contract files, read clauses or send notices to counterparties. Dates are entered by people. The assistant reads records, cannot change them and does not give legal advice.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example contracts and set the team timezone used by the date automations.
- Add each contract with its end date, notice deadline and owner, and list the obligations it creates.
- When a renewal decision is opened, record renew, renegotiate or terminate with the rationale before the deadline.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant what is due and what is undecided.
Common questions
Can I change the 30-day warning?
Yes. Edit the offset in the Flag approaching notice deadlines automation in TulipFarm before you enable it.
Does the assistant tell me whether to renew?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The contract owner decides whether to renew and makes any record changes.
