NDA Requests
Get NDAs reviewed, signed and tracked without email chasing.
NDA Requests gives the business one place to ask for an NDA and a register of the ones that are signed. A request moved to Legal review asks legal to review the paper, a request marked Signed adds a signed NDA record in force, and thirty days before an in-force NDA expires it is set to Expiring.

What it does not do
The package does not draft NDAs, collect e-signatures or store signed files; it holds a link. The assistant reads records, cannot change them and does not give legal advice.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example requests and set the team timezone used by the expiry automation.
- Ask colleagues to log each NDA they need, with the counterparty, purpose and needed-by date.
- Move requests to Legal review, then to Sent for signature or Rejected. Mark them Signed when complete and add the expiry date.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant what is waiting on legal or expiring soon.
Common questions
Does it send NDAs for signature?
No. Send them from your e-signature tool, then mark the request Signed and add the file link and expiry date.
Does the assistant review NDA clauses?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. Legal decides whether an NDA is acceptable and makes any record changes.
