Creative Approval Rounds tracks each creative asset through internal and client review, with the feedback from every round. When an asset moves to client review, the account lead is asked to get the client’s decision, and when it moves to changes requested, a client round with that outcome is added to its history.

Creative Approval Rounds assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

What it does not do
The package does not send emails or messages, and it does not connect to other tools. It does not store or proof the files themselves, and clients do not review inside TulipFarm. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example asset with your current work.
- Add each asset with its format, designer and due date, and move it to internal review when ready.
- Move it to client review to ask for sign-off. Record feedback items on each round, and set the asset to approved or changes requested.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant how many rounds an asset has taken and what feedback is open.
Common questions
Is this like a proofing tool?
It is an independent package, not a proofing tool integration. Keep files where they are and link them in the asset brief.
Can the assistant approve an asset?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The account lead decides whether the client has approved and makes any record changes.
