Product Launch Plan
Launch on the planned date with every team ready.
Product Launch Plan gives each launch one record, a task list across product, marketing, sales enablement, support and legal, and the channels that will announce it. New launches get a sales enablement task and a support readiness task, unfinished tasks are marked overdue the morning after their due date, and a launch moved to Ready check asks the launch owner to hold the go/no-go review.

Product Launch Plan assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

For product marketing managers and launch owners who coordinate several teams for each release and want one readiness view instead of scattered documents.

What it does not do
The package does not publish posts, send emails or connect to release tools. Task and channel dates are entered by people. The assistant reads records and cannot change them or make the go/no-go call.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example launch with your next launch and set the team timezone used by the overdue-task automation.
- Add the tasks each workstream owns and the channels that will announce the launch, with dates.
- When work is nearly done, move the launch to Ready check. The launch owner is asked to hold the go/no-go review.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant what is overdue or not ready.
Common questions
Can I change the tasks added to a new launch?
Yes. They are set in the Open launch readiness tasks automation. Edit or extend it in TulipFarm before you enable it.
Does the assistant decide go or no-go?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The launch owner decides go or no-go and makes any record changes.
