What it does not do
Store aliases, not names or contact details; the package does not handle consent forms, recordings or scheduling. It does not send invitations. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example study and set the team timezone used by the follow-up automation.
- Create a study, then add participants by alias only and record their consent.
- Log each session with notes, and record insights with evidence, theme and confidence.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which insights are well supported.
Common questions
Where do recordings go?
Keep recordings in your existing storage and reference them in session notes. The package stores text only.
Can the assistant accept an insight?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The researcher decides which insights to accept and makes any record changes.
