Access Requests and Reviews
Give people the access they need, approved and reviewed on time.
Access Requests and Reviews lists the systems you control, each access request with its level and justification, and the periodic reviews. New requests are set to Submitted and ask the manager to approve, a scheduled review is added the morning after a system’s next review date, and provisioned access is marked Expired the morning after its expiry date.

Access Requests and Reviews assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

Who it is for
For IT and security teams at growing companies that handle access requests in chat and need evidence of approvals and reviews for audits.

What it does not do
The package does not grant or remove access in any system; it is an independent package, not an identity provider integration. Next review dates are set by people. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example system and set the team timezone used by the review and expiry automations.
- Add each system with an owner, data classification, review cadence and next review date.
- Log every access request. The manager is asked to approve; record provisioning and any expiry date.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which access needs attention.
Common questions
Does approving a request grant access?
No. Grant access in the system itself, then set the request to provisioned. The package has no integrations.
Can the assistant revoke access?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The system owner decides what to revoke and makes any record changes.
