For security, IT and people teams that run annual training and phishing tests and need completion evidence for audits.

What it does not do
The package does not host courses or send phishing emails; it is an independent package, not a KnowBe4 integration. Completions are recorded by people. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example course and set the team timezone used by the overdue automation.
- Add your courses, then create assignments per team or role with a due date.
- Record each phishing simulation and its counts. Marking it analysed adds a refresher assignment.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant who is overdue and what the results show.
Common questions
Does it track individual people?
It can, but the examples use roles and teams. Record only what your privacy policy allows.
Can the assistant mark training complete?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The security lead decides what to follow up and makes any record changes.
