Training and Certification Plans
Never let a required certification lapse unnoticed.
Training and Certification Plans keeps a course catalogue, the enrolments against it and the certifications employees hold. New enrolments without a status are set to planned, active certifications are marked expired the morning after their expiry date, and an expired certification asks the manager to arrange renewal training.

What it does not do
The package does not book courses or connect to a learning platform; it is an independent package. Renewal reminders are not sent by email. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example courses and certifications and set the team timezone used by the expiry automation.
- Add each certification with its expiry date and mark whether the role requires it.
- Enrol employees in courses and update the enrolment status as they progress.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which certifications need renewal soon.
Common questions
Can I get warned before a certification expires?
The included automation marks certifications expired after the date. Ask the assistant for certifications expiring in the next 60 days, or add a reminder automation in TulipFarm.
Does the assistant enrol people?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The manager decides which training to approve and makes any record changes.
