Vendor Management
Review suppliers on time and never miss a contract notice date.
Vendor Management keeps each supplier with its owner, spend and criticality, its contracts and a history of performance reviews. Suppliers are marked Review due on their next review date, contracts are marked Notice date reached on their notice date, and a poor review asks the relationship owner to agree an improvement plan.

Who it is for
For operations and procurement teams that manage a handful to a few hundred suppliers and want renewals and reviews on a schedule.
- Know every supplier, owner and contract in one list

What it does not do
The package does not store contract files, run supplier questionnaires or contact suppliers. Notice dates are entered by people. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example suppliers with your own and set the team timezone used by the date automations.
- Add each contract with its end and notice dates so renewals are flagged in time.
- Record performance reviews with a rating and findings. Poor ratings ask the owner for an improvement plan.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which suppliers need attention.
Common questions
How is this different from vendor security reviews?
This package covers commercial relationships and performance. Use Vendor Security Reviews for security questionnaires and findings.
Does the assistant decide renewals?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The relationship owner decides whether to renew and makes any record changes.
