Facilities Requests
Fix building problems fast, with urgent ones handled first.
Facilities Requests gives staff one place to report building problems by site, with the contractors who fix them. New requests without a status are set to new, a request whose priority becomes urgent asks the facilities manager to assign a contractor, and unfinished requests are marked Past target the morning after their target date.

Who it is for
For office managers and facilities teams that handle repair and maintenance requests across one or more sites.

What it does not do
The package does not offer a public request form, send messages to contractors or calculate target dates from priority. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example site and contractor with your own and set the team timezone used by the target-date automation.
- Log each request with a site, category, priority and target date.
- Assign a contractor and move the request through to done. Urgent requests ask the facilities manager to act.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant what is late or urgent.
Common questions
Can staff outside the owning team log requests?
Only people with access to the table in TulipFarm can add rows. Share the table with them or log requests on their behalf.
Does the assistant contact contractors?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The facilities manager decides who to call and makes any record changes.
