OKRs and Goals keeps each objective with its measurable key results and a running log of check-ins. New objectives without a status start as draft, key results are marked Check-in missed the morning after their next check-in date, and a key result that goes off track logs an escalation check-in and asks for a recovery plan.

What it does not do
The package does not pull metrics from other tools; people enter current values. Status is set by people, not calculated from progress. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example objective with your own and set the team timezone used by the check-in automation.
- Add key results with baseline, target and a next check-in date for each owner.
- Log check-ins as progress changes. Setting a key result to off track records an escalation and asks for a recovery plan.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which goals are at risk.
Common questions
Can I use it for individual goals as well as company OKRs?
Yes. Each objective has a level of company, team or individual, so one table holds all three.
Does the assistant update key result status?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The objective owner decides the status and makes any record changes.
