Weekly Operations Review
Run a focused weekly ops review where open issues stay visible.
Weekly Operations Review gives each week a record with its key metrics, the issues raised and the actions agreed. A new week adds an open action to collect its metrics, issues still unresolved seven days after they were raised are marked Carried over, and an issue that becomes critical asks the chair to confirm an owner and fix date.

Weekly Operations Review assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

For operations leaders who chair a weekly review and want issues and actions tracked from one week to the next.

What it does not do
The package does not pull metrics from other systems or create the next week by itself. Carried-over issues stay linked to the week they were raised. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example week with your own and set the team timezone used by the carry-over automation.
- Create a week before each review. A metrics-collection action is added for you; record the metrics against the week.
- Log issues with severity and owner, and agree actions with due dates during the review.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant for carried-over issues and open actions.
Common questions
How are issues carried into the next week?
Issues not resolved seven days after they were raised are marked Carried over, so you can filter them into the next agenda.
Does the assistant write the agenda?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The review chair decides the final agenda and makes any record changes.
