Hiring Pipeline
Hire with structured interviews and approved offers.
Hiring Pipeline tracks hiring from job opening to offer: candidates, applications, interviews, scorecards and offers. New applications start as applied, interviews without a submitted scorecard are marked late the next morning, applications that reach the offer stage open a draft offer, and offers sent for approval go to an approver who marks them approved.

Hiring Pipeline assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.
Is it right for you?
Who it is for
For hiring managers and small recruiting teams that want a structured pipeline without a dedicated applicant tracking system. It follows the shape of Greenhouse and Lever, but it is an independent package, not an integration with either product.
- Track candidates through hiring stages for each job opening
- Chase late scorecards and route offers through approval
- Review a hiring pipeline and interview feedback with evidence
What it does not do
There is no careers page, job board posting, résumé parsing or e-signature. The assistant reads candidate records for analysis but cannot make hiring decisions or contact candidates.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example job opening and candidate with your own roles.
- Add candidates and link each application to a job opening. Applications created without a stage start as applied.
- Schedule interviews and record scorecards. Moving an application to the offer stage opens a draft offer.
- Tick Request approval on an offer to route it to an approver, then start the review workflow to ask about pipeline health.
Common questions
Does Hiring Pipeline post jobs to job boards?
No. Job openings are internal records. Post roles and receive applications through your careers site or job boards, then record them here.
Does the assistant decide who to hire?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The hiring team decides who moves forward and makes any record changes.

Identify the job or candidate named in the request and list applications by stage with applied dates.\n2. For each active application, list interviews and say which scorecards are recorded or missing.\n3. Quote scorecard recommendations and evidence. Never infer a recommendation that is not recorded.\n4. Name applications that have not moved for 14 days and interviews with late scorecards.\n5. Propose next steps for the hiring manager. Do not make hiring decisions or contact candidates.\n\n## Reading budget\n\nThe assistant reads Job applications, Job openings, Scorecards, and a review holds about 30,000 characters of tool results. Inspect each table once, only when the request needs it, starting with Job applications. Read this skill and each schema once; never repeat a read whose result is already in the conversation. Use rows.summarize for counts and filtered rows.list queries with a limit of 20 or fewer for evidence.
