SOP Library
Keep every procedure current and know who has read it.
SOP Library keeps each standard operating procedure with its owner, version and review dates, a log of review cycles and a record of who has acknowledged it. SOPs are marked Review due on their next review date, moving an SOP to in review adds a pending review cycle, and acknowledgements with questions ask the owner to answer.

SOP Library assistant reads your records when you ask, cites the rows it relies on and suggests next steps. It never changes data.

Who it is for
For operations, warehouse and service teams that run on written procedures and need to show they are reviewed and read.
- Keep one current version of every procedure
- Review each SOP on a fixed cycle so nothing goes stale
- Know who has read and acknowledged each procedure
What it does not do
The package does not store document files or track versions automatically, and it does not notify staff to acknowledge. The assistant reads records and cannot change them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, replace the example SOPs with your own and set the team timezone used by the review-due automation.
- Give each SOP an owner and a next review date. Link to the full document in the summary if it lives elsewhere.
- Add an acknowledgement for each role that must read the SOP. Questions raised are sent to the owner.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which SOPs are stale or unread.
Common questions
Is this a replacement for a document editor?
No. It tracks ownership, reviews and acknowledgements. Keep long procedure text in the summary or link to it.
Can the assistant rewrite an SOP?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The SOP owner decides what changes and makes any record changes.
