Reviewed Team Wiki
Keep team docs owned, reviewed and current.
Reviewed Team Wiki organizes team documentation as spaces and pages, each with an owner and a review date. Page reviews record approvals and requested changes, and the question log captures what people asked but could not find. New pages start as drafts, pages moved to In review ask a reviewer to approve them, and published pages past their review date are marked stale.

Who it is for
For teams that want documentation ownership and freshness tracked alongside their other work. It follows the shape of Confluence and Notion wikis, but it is an independent package, not an integration with either product.
- Organise team pages into spaces with named owners
- Route pages through review and flag stale pages automatically
- Answer questions and find documentation gaps from the wiki
What it does not do
Page bodies are plain long text; there is no rich-text editor, page tree, inline comments or version history. The assistant reads pages but cannot publish or edit them.
Getting started
After installing, these steps take you from example data to your own.
- After installation, create a space for each team and replace the example pages with your own.
- Give every page an owner and a review-by date. Pages created without a status start as drafts.
- Move a page to In review to ask a reviewer to approve it. Published pages past their review date are marked stale the next morning.
- Start the review workflow to ask the read-only assistant which pages are stale or which questions need a page.
Common questions
Can I write formatted pages in the wiki?
Page content is stored as plain text in a long-text field. Use the wiki for ownership, review dates and short guidance, and keep long formatted documents in a document editor.
Does the assistant rewrite stale pages?
No. It reads the package tables, cites the rows behind each finding and marks unknowns. The page owner decides what to update and makes any record changes.
